What makes some dishes special? Someone may think about secret ingredients or private recipes… But it’s not so in Bison steak houses. One of our secrets is the way each dish is cooked. To prove it we made a special offer for you - three dishes cooked on open fire in our wood stove. Only this method of cooking lets the dishes reveal their taste in a new way and acquire a tempting flavor of birch coal smoke. When you try them, you may cry: “That’s a fire!” - and you will be right, because it is fire that gives our dishes their wonderful taste and unique flavor.

CREAMY LEEK SOUP
Rich beef broth, fragrant leek roasted on coals, potatoes confit with celery root, garlic and hot chili pepper. The soup is served with a ciabatta fried to a crispy crust.

DUCK ROASTED WITH PEAR AND HOT SHALLOTS
Tender duck seasoned in teriyaki sauce and roasted in a wood stove. Served with grilled sweet pear and savory spices.

RUSTIC POTATOES WITH SHALLOTS
Hand-picked potatoes with a crispy crust cooked in a wood stove and fried with leek and shallots..

BERRY JELLY
A delicious and very healthy finish for every dinner. An assortment of red and black currant, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherry and blueberry in a jelly with New Zealand pinot noir, honey and fresh mint.
