Terms and conditions of use of the discount card and participation in the loyalty program

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE DISCOUNT CARD AND PARTICIPATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM OF THE STEAK HOUSES “BUTCHER” AND “MAREA”

1. Obtaining a Discount Card and Participation in the Loyalty Program

1.1. A discount card is a bearer plastic card or its electronic equivalent with a unique number, granting the holder the right to receive discounts and/or bonuses when purchasing goods and/or services from participants in the Steak House “Butcher” and “Marea” program.

1.2. Individuals and legal entities may be holders of a discount card and participants in the loyalty program. To receive a card or participate in the program, it is necessary to complete a participant application form (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). These Terms and Conditions take effect upon receipt of the card or activation of participation in the program.

1.3. After completing the Application, the participant is issued a card with a unique number or an electronic profile is created in the loyalty system.

1.4. Only one discount card or electronic profile may be issued to one person.

1.5. The card or electronic profile is activated upon issuance/registration.

1.6. The term of validity of the discount card and participation in the loyalty program is 5 (five) years, with the possibility of renewal for a new term.

1.7. The card/profile is the property of the Program Organizer.

2. Rules for Providing Discounts and Bonuses

2.1. Discounts and bonuses are provided to card holders/program participants upon payment for goods or services at the “Butcher” and “Marea” restaurants.

2.2. To receive a discount or bonuses, the participant must inform the staff of their participation in the program before payment and present the card or electronic profile.

2.3. Discount system:

  • 1–10 visits — 5%
  • 11–20 visits — 10%
  • 21 visits and more — 15%

2.4. Bonus system:

  • Bonuses are accrued from the first purchase under the following rules:
  1. 1–10 visits — 5%
  2. 11–20 visits — 10%
  3. 21 visits and more — 15%
  • 1 bonus = 1 ruble when paying for future purchases.
  • Payment with bonuses is allowed up to 50% of the total amount of a single bill.
  • When a bill is paid fully or partially with bonuses, no new bonuses are accrued for the corresponding amount.
  • The validity period of accrued bonuses is 1 (one) year from the date they are credited to the bonus account.
  • Bonuses may be written off only by the loyalty card holder or electronic profile owner by scanning through Wallet.
  • Bonuses are credited within 6 (six) hours after full payment of the bill.

2.5. Restrictions:

  • Discounts and bonuses are not cumulative with other promotions, special offers, discounts, and privileges.
  • Discounts and bonuses are not granted when purchasing discount cards, gift certificates, and other similar instruments.
  • The program does not apply to special offers and promotions unless otherwise provided by the terms of the relevant promotion.

2.6. The Program Organizer reserves the right to refuse to grant a discount or credit bonuses if the card was not presented before payment or if the presenter is not registered in the program.

2.7. In the event of refusal to grant a discount or bonuses, the participant is entitled to receive a receipt (settlement document) showing the full price of the purchased goods (services) and to contact the Organizer with a statement.

3. Miscellaneous Provisions

3.1. In the event of an unjustified refusal to grant a discount or bonuses, the card holder has the right to contact the Program Organizer at: info@butchersteak.ru, providing:

  • a statement describing the refusal;
  • a valid card/electronic profile;
  • supporting documents (receipt, bill);
  • a written reasoned refusal from the employee.

3.2. The Organizer shall review the statement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days; if the violation is confirmed, it shall pay the amount of the discount/bonuses not granted or credit the bonuses within 5 (five) business days from the date of the decision.

3.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of third parties offering their own bonus or discount program terms. In the event of a dispute regarding third-party programs, the client must contact the relevant organizations.

3.4. In the event of loss or damage to the card, it may be replaced provided there is a correctly completed Application stating the last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, and email address. The request must be sent to the Organizer at info@butchersteak.ru, and the review period is 15 (fifteen) calendar days.

3.5. All information regarding current changes to the bonus and discount program is published on the website butchersteak.ru in the “Loyalty Program / Discount Program” section.

3.6. The holder of the discount card / participant in the loyalty program consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and its partners under the terms set forth in the Application, solely for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under this program. The consent is valid for 5 years; revocation procedure: within 2 (two) business days after the Organizer receives a written request for withdrawal of consent.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.
