A revolution in the world of burgers
What can be more mouth-watering than a patty roasted to a golden crust in a wood stove, giving off a unique aroma of birch coals?
This year, as a part of Bison steak houses tradition, from 15 July 2016 till 15 September 2016 we cook three signature burgers. A patty made of marbled grain-fed Black Angus beef, Kamchatka crab meat, prosciutto and stracciatella cheese and a burger with foie gras and black truffle sauce.
Each year “starred” chef all over the world try to surprise their guests with unique and showy dishes. And one of the most inspiring dishes is the burger. It is a real construction kit which each chef can use to create his own masterpiece. They add the most diverse ingredients to buns and patties – from fresh vegetables, all kinds of cheeses, truffles, black caviar, foie gras and lobsters to gold crumbs, diamond toothpicks and bottles of Petrus as a compliment. It will never go out of fashion! For 116 years burgers have been hugely popular. They are loved by children and grown- ups, men and women, students and businessmen.
